Specialist Clinics is a targeted development programme designed to help Year 9&10 players refine their positional skills and gain a deeper understanding of the game. Each session has a specific focus to support players.

Sessions

NetballSmart Session: 
Netball Smart Session: A specialist session delivered by Netball Smart, focusing on movement efficiency, injury prevention, strength and stability, and preparing the body for performance.

Positional Clinics:
Players will train in their preferred positional area:

• Midcourt Clinic – movement, transition, vision, and decision-making.
• Attack Clinic – timing, leading, circle movement, and finishing.
• Defence Clinic – footwork, body positioning, contesting the ball, and defensive pressure.

Game Tactics:
A tactical session focused on applying skills in game situations, including team play, attacking and defensive structures and decision making under pressure.
