AFTER SCHOOL NETBALL COACHING

Are you ready to shoot, pass, and score in the world of netball? Our program is open to years 1 to 8 of all skill levels – from beginners who are curious about netball to experienced players looking to refine their techniques.

The programme will include:

Warm-Up: Get ready for action with netballSMART warm-up exercises that prepare your body for netball drills
Skill Stations: Rotate through various stations focusing on passing, shooting, dribbling, and defensive techniques
Game Play: Apply your newfound skills in friendly matches and mini-matches that put your teamwork and strategy to the test.
